You have 30 days from delivery to return your purchase for a refund. To be eligible, the bottle must be unopened, unused, and with the foil seal intact, in its original packaging. Because this is a cosmetic product applied to skin, I can’t accept opened or used bottles back — this is for everyone’s health and safety.

Shipping Costs
You’re responsible for the cost of shipping your return back to me, and original shipping costs aren’t refundable. I recommend using a trackable shipping method, since I can’t issue a refund for a package that doesn’t arrive.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll email you to confirm it arrived and let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, and can take a few business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact me right away — I’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, no return shipping cost to you.
